Pennsylvania Statewide LSA Grant Program is Now Open

The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC is pleased to announce that the Local Share Account (LSA) Statewide grant program will open on September 1, 2026. This program offers non-profit organizations across Pennsylvania an invaluable opportunity to secure substantial funding for projects such as infrastructure development, construction, machinery acquisition, and more.

What is the LSA Grant Program?

The Local Share Account (LSA) program distributes funds from gaming revenue to support community and economic development projects. Non-profits can apply for grants of up to $1 million, giving them a critical resource to launch or complete significant initiatives. Eligible projects under the LSA program include:

  • Acquisition of machinery and equipment
  • Construction, renovation, or rehabilitation
  • Demolition activities
  • Real estate development
  • Vehicle purchases

You must complete this form to apply for the LSA Grant. Download, fill it out, and email it with the required attachments to lvega@hbgrc.org by November 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The form includes detailed application instructions. We will review applications in the order we receive them.

Application Instructions:

  • Download and complete the “Instructions and Disclosures” to review all program details and check your entity and projects eligibility. If proceedings, download and complete the LSA Intake Form, including all required attachments requested in said document. Follow all instructions provided within the form to ensure your application is complete.
  • Email Submission: Once all forms are downloaded and completed in full, email them and any required attachments to lvega@hbgrc.org
  • Review Process: Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. If your submission meets the eligibility criteria, CREDC will schedule a consultation meeting to discuss the next steps.
