Jessica Falborn joins the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC to lead communications, marketing, and public affairs while AX Advocacy will provide state, local, and federal lobbying services on behalf of the Chamber and its members.
HARRISBURG, PA. — The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC today announced the expansion of its communications and advocacy efforts through the addition of Senior Director of Communications and Public Affairs Jessica Falborn and a new government affairs partnership with AX Advocacy.
Falborn will lead the Chamber’s marketing, strategic communications, public affairs and advocacy communications, and brand management initiatives. Complementing this effort, AX Advocacy will serve as the Chamber’s government affairs partner, providing comprehensive state, local, and federal lobbying services on behalf of the Chamber and its members.
Together, these enhancements strengthen the Chamber’s ability to amplify member voices, engage policymakers and community leaders, and advance initiatives that support long-term economic prosperity throughout the Harrisburg region.

Falborn brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications, business development, public affairs, advocacy, and organizational leadership. She previously held leadership roles with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, National Restaurant Association, National Journal, and The Hill Newspaper, where she built strategic partnerships and led initiatives that supported mission-driven organizations nationwide. She also earned her IOM (Institute for Organization Management) designation through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
In her role, Falborn will lead efforts to tell the stories behind the Chamber’s work and the businesses it serves, highlighting the innovation, leadership, and impact of members while strengthening the connection between the Chamber, the business community, and regional stakeholders. Through strategic communications and public affairs, she will help ensure the Chamber’s voice- and the voices of its members- are heard where they matter most.
AX Advocacy will serve as the Chamber’s government affairs partner, bringing a bipartisan team of seasoned government affairs professionals with extensive experience representing chambers of commerce, economic development organizations, associations, and employers across Pennsylvania. With offices in Harrisburg and Washington, D.C., the firm offers an integrated approach to local, state, and federal advocacy that will strengthen the Chamber’s ability to represent member priorities, build relationships with policymakers, and advance policies that support long-term regional economic prosperity.
