Triple P Fitness Secures Permanent Home with PA Catalyst Loan

Harrisburg, Pa. – The Capital Region Economic Development Corp. (CREDC) closed a $207,500 PA Catalyst Loan Fund project on March 6 to fuel the continued growth of Triple P Fitness in Harrisburg.

Owned by Noah Parsons, Triple P Fitness offers personalized, results-driven training programs aimed at improving clients’ health and wellness. With this loan—funded through the second tranche of State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) funds—Parsons purchased the building he had previously rented. This move gives the business a permanent home in a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) investment area and creates a solid foundation for expansion.

Mid Penn Bank partnered as the funding match provider. Together, the partners advanced their shared goal of increasing access to capital in underserved communities and supporting local business development.

CREDC continues to back entrepreneurs like Parsons who are driving economic growth in the region. By investing in projects like this, CREDC helps build stronger, more inclusive communities across Central Pennsylvania.
