HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Capital Region Economic Development Corporation (CREDC) is pleased to announce the approval of two loan projects through the Enterprise Zone Revolving Loan Fund (EZ Loan Fund). These approvals demonstrate CREDC’s commitment to supporting local businesses and fostering economic growth within the region’s Enterprise Zones.
On Sept. 25, 2024, Parath, LLC, on behalf of its industrial occupant, SupplySource, Inc., secured a $285,050 loan. The funding will support a 4,000-square-foot expansion of the main office at 151 Allendale Road in Mechanicsburg, located within the Mechanicsburg East Tech Corridor in Cumberland County. This project aligns with CREDC’s mission to empower growth in Enterprise Zones. Parath, LLC, and SupplySource, Inc. are repeat clients of CREDC, reflecting the strong trust and ongoing collaboration between the organization and the local business community.
On Oct. 22, 2024, 2700 LLC, representing Stewart-Amos Equipment Co., was approved for a $305,000 loan. The loan will fund the purchase and renovation of a property at 102 W. Franklin St. in Steelton Borough, Dauphin County, which is located within a historically designated Enterprise Zone. This expansion will enhance the industrial landscape of Steelton and contribute to the economic vitality of the area.
As the economic development arm of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber, CREDC continues to be a catalyst for growth across Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry counties. Through partnerships and targeted funding programs, CREDC is proud to support businesses in their efforts to expand and strengthen the regional economy.
We look forward to the positive impact these projects will bring to their respective communities.
