The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC is pleased to announce the opening of the Local Share Account (LSA) Statewide grant program on September 1st, 2024. This program provides an invaluable opportunity for non-profit organizations across Pennsylvania to secure substantial funding for a variety of projects, including infrastructure development, construction, machinery acquisition, and more.
What is the LSA Grant Program?
The Local Share Account (LSA) program is designed to distribute funds derived from gaming revenue to support community and economic development projects. These grants can be as high as $1 million, making them a critical resource for non-profits aiming to launch or complete significant initiatives. Eligible projects under the LSA program include:
- Planning and consulting services
- Acquisition of machinery and equipment
- Construction, renovation, or rehabilitation
- Infrastructure improvements
- Demolition activities
- Real estate development
- Vehicle purchases

This form is required to apply for the LSA Grant. Download, complete, and email it with the required attachments to spearson@hbgrc.org by November 11, 2024, at 4:00 PM. The application instructions are included within the form. All applications will be reviewed in the order they are received.

- Email Submission: Once the form is filled out and all required attachments are prepared, email them to spearson@hbgrc.org by the stated deadline.
- Review Process: Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. If your submission meets the eligibility criteria, CREDC will schedule a consultation meeting to discuss the next steps.
