Running from July 1st to August 9th, this program presents an incredible opportunity for businesses to engage with local youth and for students to gain valuable work experience. About the Program: The Earn and Learn Program is designed to provide students aged 14-24 with internship opportunities at participating businesses across Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Perry, and York County. Through a rigorous vetting process led by the PA CareerLink Youth Case Management team, students are matched with employers that align with their skills and interests, thanks to the expertise of the PA CareerLink Business Services Team.

- No cap on the number of interns per employer, with a simple overview of work assignments required for each student.
- Eligibility requires completion of a work site agreement provided by the PA CareerLink Business Services Team.
