Your voice is important in our Annual Business Meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to elect officers to the Chamber Board of Directors. All individuals employed by chamber member businesses in good standing are eligible to vote. Each company is limited to 5 votes total.

Certification of Ballots
Following the close of this meeting, the Chamber Executive Committee will certify all ballots. In accordance with our by-laws, the Chamber Board elects officers from its sitting directors. Officers will be announced in the New Year.
CREDC Board of Directors
The CREDC Board of Directors is self-selecting, and has adopted the following slate of candidates to join the board in 2026:
- Virginia Burd, Harristown Enterprises
- Evan Dickinson, S&T Bank
- Jason Hunt, PPL Corporation
- Eric Kunkle, Property Management Inc.
- Eric Rensel, Rensel Consulting
NOMINATIONS and CANDIDATE SELECTION
Nominations for both boards of directors open annually each fall. Any Chamber member is eligible to be nominated. Self-nominations are encouraged. Nominating Committees comprised of both current director and non-director members review every candidate application and make recommendations to the full boards.
