On Thursday, October 2, Pennsylvania Senator Patty Kim (15th) spoke to Chamber & CREDC members at the Policy Pulse Speaker Series. Senator Kim spoke to attendees about the Pennsylvania state budget, and where the General Assembly currently stands. Pennsylvania’s constitutional deadline to pass a budget for the Fiscal Year 2025-26 was July 1st.
She talked about the importance of civility and bipartisan collaboration in today’s political environment and highlighted the business community’s potential to be a leader and bring people together for civil, respectful, and productive conversations on the issues that impact all of us.
