The new location in Mechanicsburg will allow the organization to extend its reach and provide vital support to even more children and families in need.
The expansion of a second location marks an important milestone for the companies, demonstrating a commitment to meeting the growing demand for specialized pediatric therapy services in Central Pennsylvania. The new facility in Mechanicsburg will feature state-of-the-art equipment and a welcoming environment designed to enhance the therapeutic experience for children and their families.
“As a mother, I know firsthand the importance of quality pediatric therapy services. Early Bird Learning and Growing in Motion’s expansion means more families will have access to the care and support they need to help their children thrive,” said Anita Weikel, Economic Development Lending Officer for CREDC. “CREDC is thrilled to see this center grow and continue to make an impact in our community.”
The expansion project is set to commence immediately, with an estimated completion date in August 2023. Early Bird Therapy and Growing in Motion extend gratitude to the local community, families, and partners for their continued support throughout this exciting journey.
The 15-year PIDA loan of $409,000 provides the company fixed rate financing at 3.5% over 7 years and a maximum of 5.5% for the remaining 8 years. CREDC recognizes Orrstown Bank as a partnering lender in this package which is providing $409,000 in a senior collateral position.
