Abel Personnel has recently announced the promotion of Danene Magaro to her new position as a Recruiting Specialist. This follows her previous 2 years at Abel Personnel in her role as a staffing assistant, performing administrative and various candidate-to-client onboarding duties. In her new position, Danene will work closely with both client companies and candidates to achieve the right professional employment balance from employee to employer, ensuring a high standard of matched qualities to job roles Her tenure at Abel combined with over 26 years of professional experience in the marketing and communication design field offer a wide range of interaction with many types of companies, often focusing on their specialized needs. Such industries included advertising, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sales. Her previous experience assisting clients with new business opportunities offers Abel’s portfolio of clientele a unique perspective on potential growth in staffing as well as growth in other
endeavors. Danene holds a BA degree from Kutztown University with previous studies in English at Elizabethtown College. She leads volunteer efforts at her church, and spends the balance of her leisure time hiking, painting, running, writing, or diving into anything connected with nature or outdoors. Danene lives in the Middletown area with her husband and two rambunctious Shelties.
