WAKEEN & COMPANY ADDS INDUSTRY VETERANS TO SUPPORT GROWTH
Harrisburg, PA (January 26, 2023) Wakeen & Company expands their leadership with the addition of three experienced professionals to lead their family of brands – Wakeen Strategies, Wakeen Studios and Wakeen Pages. This team of experts represents more than five decades of success in the marketing and communications industry.
Carol Fastrich Aranos joins the team as the Vice President of Strategy and will oversee the Wakeen Strategies brand. She adds more than 25 years of expertise in marketing and communications with many years devoted exclusively to financial services, a key segment for Wakeen. During her career, she has earned many local and national awards for her marketing, communications and volunteer endeavors. Most notably, she was selected as one of the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal’s Women of Influence.
Jonathan Berger will lead the Wakeen Studios brand as the Vice President and Executive Producer. He brings more than 10 years of government affairs experience to the brand through his past positions as Senior Director of Government Affairs for the Pennsylvania School Boards Association (PSBA) and Executive Director of the Education Committee in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Berger is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and a minor in History.
Wes Snider brings 15 years of experience and relationships to the Wakeen Pages brand as the Vice President of Engagement, providing media buying resources to agencies and in-house buying teams. Snider is a former Director of Client Solutions for MANSI Media/PA NewsMedia Association where he engineered buying for ad campaigns totaling more than $100 million. Snider is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising and currently serves on the Board of Directors at The Meeting House, Carlisle.
