Wohlsen Personnel Earn Healthcare Credentials

Two Wohlsen employees received certification from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) this year, bringing Wohlsen’s total ASHE-certified staff to 48. The new recipients of the Healthcare Construction Certification (HCC) are Vice President and Project Executive Steve Davies and Superintendent Jim Del Vecchio.
Senior Project Manager Dave Marsden received his Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) certification from the American Hospital Association, bringing Wohlsen’s total to 8 CHC certified personnel.
ASHE is an organization of healthcare facility managers, contractors, architects, and engineers committed to providing knowledge to the industry to ensure the quality of the health care environment. The Healthcare Construction Certification program focuses on ensuring quality control within the construction process, assessing risk management issues, identifying challenges, solving problems, and understanding the needs and expectations of owners as it applies to healthcare construction.
