WCI Partners Develops Third Street with CREDC

HARRISBURG (Oct. 6, 2017) – The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC (Chamber & CREDC) recently announced that it worked with WCI Partners in the redevelopment of four vacant properties at a major anchor site along the Third Street commercial corridor.
CREDC provided $3.5 million dollars through the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) to WCI for redevelopment at 916, 918, 920, and 922 N 3rd Street. The blighted properties have been reborn into state-of-the-art, mixed use facilities which are now home to: St@rtup – Harrisburg’s first co-working space, TheBurg – Harrisburg’s community magazine publisher, and modernized residential apartments.
WCI Partners has worked faithfully over the last decade to revitalize the City of Harrisburg and the region by developing commercial and residential projects like the Third Street Redevelopment that catalyze the regions steady growth.
