The Millworks is excited to announce the latest addition to its enterprise—The Millworks Brewery.
In the spirit of The Millworks’ commitment to using basic, fresh local ingredients to prepare delicious meals, Head Brewer Jeff Musselman, formerly of Troegs, Weyerbacher, and Hauser Estates, has developed an exclusive array of craft beers.
Located onsite behind the courtyard and visible to the public, the brewery features a 15 barrel system to create draughts that will be available on tap at The Millworks bar.
Since opening in Spring of 2015, The Millworks has become a regional destination of arts, culture, and food. As one of the city’s largest new employers, The Millworks currently employs 70 people and has an additional 32 working artists. This evolving business characterizes the thriving development and revitalization of Pennsylvania’s capital city.
During hours of operation, customers can walk through any of the 3 art galleries and the in-house artists studios as well as engage with the artists and see how they create their art.
The Millworks is open Tuesday through Thursday 11:00am – 10:00pm; Friday & Saturday 11:00am – 12:00am. Sunday 10:00am – 10:00pm, serving brunch on Sundays from 10:00am until 2:00pm. A lunch menu is available Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00am until 4:00pm. Closed on Mondays
