Formerly known as Top Flight Media, TFM Advertising brings years of experience in visualizing some of the world’s most respected and iconic brands and strategically positioning them to meet their business goals. In addition to a name change, TFM Advertising has launched a new responsive website (www.tfmadvertising.com), interactive social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and implemented a new business philosophy.

This re-brand is a vital part of TFM Advertising’s overall efforts to reinforce its delivery and impact in the industry. “TFM Advertising has been recognized for its creativity and effectiveness in the past,” Michael Diliberto, Vice President Creative Director explains. “The rebranding effort is meant to better showcase our established track record of creative, high-quality work and was purposefully designed to be a reflection of the excitement surrounding TFM’s new direction.”

To better align with the organization’s vision, in just the past six months, TFM Advertising has named Tom Hollerbach as President, Michael Diliberto as Vice President Creative Director and has promoted two of its dedicated staff members, Diane McConnell and Miranda Metz, to Account Supervisors.

Tom’s experience with brands large and small, while leading various advertising agencies over the past 20 years, makes him an incredible asset to both TFM Advertising and its clients. Clients such as Porsche, Apple, Gallo, Visa, Dow Jones, New Mexico Tourism Board, Tillamook Cheese, Dell and the University of Maryland Medical Center have benefited from Tom’s unique problem solving and opportunistic thinking. In fact, he understands business well enough to function as a “consigliere” to many CMO’s.

Joining Hollerbach is Michael A. Diliberto, VP Creative Director. Bringing nearly three decades of experience in traditional and digital communications with Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits from around the country, Diliberto oversees the creative product of the agency, creative talent and works closely with all agency departments.

Previously Account Executives for TFM, both Diane McConnell and Miranda Metz have a passion for building relationships, cultivating a strong work team and giving life to their clients’ brands and marketing strategies. Their experience speaks for itself: both women demonstrate a solid track record of creative ideas and expertise.
