These are larger spaces that have not traditionally been attractive to the smaller, start up clients, which is the mission of the facility that currently houses 17 startup businesses. The space is ideal for storage, small light manufacturing or assembly operations.  The lessor will not be required to be a startup business.

For leasing information, interested parties should call Dan Alderman at NAI/CIR at 761-5070 or click here

The Ben Franklin TechCelerator@Carlisle, a full service business incubator, currently has two suites available for lease.  It is home to 17 emerging growth companies, predominantly in the technology field.  The business incubator offers a nurturing environment to startup companies providing them with the necessary resources to help them grow and thrive.
