Skelly and Loy Promotes David A. Bell To Technical Services Director

David A. Bell was recently promoted to Technical Services Director. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm’s internal support group that provides GIS, mapping, document preparation, software application development, website hosting and maintenance, and hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrade. Mr. Bell also ensures that Skelly and Loy remains on the cutting edge of technological advances within the AEC industry.
“Dave is hands-on with all of the services provided by our Technical Service Group and is continually looking for ways to improve processes and productivity,” said John W. Gunnett, Skelly and Loy’s President and Chief Operating Officer. “We are happy to have him at the helm of such an important component of our services.”
Mr. Bell has more than 18 years of experience with Skelly and Loy. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Microsoft Certified Information Technology Specialist.
