Skelly and Loy Makes Changes in Its Marketing Department

HARRISBURG, PA – September 20, 2016 – With more than 15 years at Skelly and Loy, Jacque L. Foster was promoted to Marketing Supervisor. As such, Ms. Foster plays a key role, ensuring that all marketing efforts communicate a clear, consistent, and professional image as well as coordinating the day-to-day marketing and proposal efforts of the firm. Ms. Foster will also assist with corporate business development and strategic planning.

Overall, Ms. Foster has 28 years of experience in marketing and administrative support, including management of staff and budgets. She is an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), Central Pennsylvania Chapter, holding increasingly responsible positions within the organization, most recently serving as Past President. Ms. Foster is a SMPS Central Pennsylvania Chapter 2013 Keystone Awardee, an award given to a more senior professional in the AEC industry whose career accomplishments and service to the chapter are especially noteworthy.

Skelly and Loy welcomes Joanne Jesiolowski to its Marketing Department. Ms. Jesiolowski will be responsible for preparation and coordination of proposals and materials related to project and business development marketing, organization/maintenance of companywide marketing data, and assisting in business development, including the development of strategic teaming partners. Her past experience includes marketing and communications management, advertising, photography, and proposal preparation. Ms. Jesiolowski holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Sociology from Lebanon Valley College and an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Harrisburg Area Community College.
