Saxton & Stump is pleased to welcome Nancy J. Pokopec to the firm as a paralegal. Pokopec brings more than 40 years of experience and will support the firm’s attorneys in Business and Corporate, Labor and Employment, Construction, Commercial Litigation and Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation.
In her role as Paralegal/Client Services Professional, she supports the firm’s attorneys with case management including court filing preparation, drafting correspondence, legal research and trial preparation.
Pokopec has worked in several legal and office settings throughout her career in Lancaster County where she gained substantial administrative and client service experience. She previously served as a compliance assistant for an international civil engineering firm and as a judicial assistant for the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. She received her Paralegal Certificate from Pennsylvania State University and a B.S. in Business from Brandywine College (now Widener University).
Continued Growth for the Law Firm
Last year, Saxton & Stump added 15 attorneys in addition to 15 business professionals and six major practice areas. The firm also continues to grow its geographic footprint. In the third quarter, the firm’s Lancaster office expanded by about 30 percent, the Harrisburg office tripled in size and the Malvern office doubled in size.
