Saxton & Stump, a Pennsylvania-based law firm, is pleased to announce that David Tirado has joined the firm as its director of information technology. In this position, David will oversee IT systems and work to enhance Saxton & Stump’s technology infrastructure.

David possesses decades of experience in managing information technology departments and maintaining information systems, software and hardware. He has worked at multiple school districts in the Central Pennsylvania area in positions ranging from network/PC specialist to director of information technology and services.
David worked for over a decade in the private IT industry at multiple companies in the Lancaster area, including as the system administrator for Cardinal Technologies and the network administrator for Miller & Miller CPAs.
David obtained his master’s in school business leadership from Wilkes University, his bachelor’s in information technology from Central Penn College and his associate degree in executive data management from Thompson Institute.
