Saxton & Stump, a Pennsylvania-based law firm, is pleased to announce that associates Jonathan M. Talamini, Morgan S. Hays, and Ryan L. Stauffer have joined the firm. Talamini, Hays, and Stauffer will focus their practices in healthcare and commercial litigation. Jonathan will also represent clients in medical device litigation.

Talamini is an experienced litigator who most recently worked as an associate at a Philadelphia-based law firm where he represented major automobile makers in product liability suits.
Prior to this position, Talamini served as the Assistant City Solicitor in the Major Tax Group for the City of Philadelphia Law Department. Earlier in his career, Talamini served as a member of the Health Effects Practice Group at a national law firm where he represented pharmaceutical company clients in nationwide product liability litigation. He also worked in the Litigation and Securities Litigation groups of a New York, NY law office.
Talamini graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in American Politics. He received his Juris Doctor from the Columbia University School of Law. While attending law school, Talamini was the Senior Editor of the American Review of International Arbitrations.
Hays is a dynamic litigator with previous experience in state and federal employment law. She served as a litigation intern with one of the largest providers of post-secondary education in North America, as a law clerk at a firm focusing on attorney mortgage closing services and document preparation, and as a legal intern at a law office in DuBois, PA. Hays is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations.
Hays graduated, magna cum laude, from Thiel College with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology. She earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. While earning her law degree, Hays was a member of the Family Law Society and Phi Alpha Delta as well as a regular contributor to the Duquesne Law Legal Blog, JURIS.
Stauffer most recently practiced at a large civil litigation defense firm based in Central Pennsylvania where he represented clients in a variety of matters in state and federal courts. Prior to this, Stauffer served as an associate attorney at a full-service law firm in the Lehigh Valley. He also worked as a litigation associate at a national law firm where he advised clients regarding class actions, commercial disputes, contractual matters, land use and zoning, product liability, insurance coverage, consumer protection laws, and regulatory issues. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, Stauffer was the law clerk to the Honorable John E. Jones III, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Stauffer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. While earning his Juris Doctor, he was a senior editor of the UC Irvine Law Review, participated in Moot Court, and served as a student representative to the Faculty Appointments Committee.
