Longtime agents Matt Healey and Angela Moyer join experienced leadership team
LEMOYNE, PA – RSR, REALTORS®, Central Pennsylvania’s largest privately-owned real estate firm, announced the promotion of longtime agents Matt Healey and Angela Moyer to partners, adding decades of experience to its leadership team.
Both new partners were grown from within, said RSR, REALTORS® President Jamie Berrier.

Healey, of Camp Hill, is a Harrisburg-area native who first worked in real estate in Baltimore. He has worked full-time in real estate since returning to central Pennsylvania and joining RSR in 2010.
“It’s an honor to say that I’m partners with the best in the area,” he said. “One of the reasons I’ve stayed with RSR is surrounding myself with the wealth of knowledge there. We have seven partners who probably have over 200 years of experience. Every partner specializes in something different. To me, having the ability to learn from them is incredibly valuable.”
Moyer, of East Pennsboro Township, built her customer-service skills in planning private parties at restaurants, but she caught the passion for real estate from her uncle, father, and brother, who all worked in the business. She started her real estate career with RSR in December 2006 and has been with the firm since.
The cohesion of RSR’s leadership team, which includes founder Bill Rothman, helps Moyer keep a positive mindset, even through turbulent times in real estate.
“Being surrounded by a group of partners with such a vast knowledge of the real estate market in both the residential and commercial fields is a true blessing,’’ Moyer said. “I would not be where I am today without their guidance and their expertise.’’
As partners, Moyer and Healey anticipate serving as mentors, following the example set by their mentors at RSR.
“I look forward to being able to mentor and guide our younger agents and see them succeed,’’ Moyer said.
“My role as a partner is to help RSR continue to help guide some of the younger agents,’’ Healey said. “I want to help them grow professionally and show them that if they sincerely work hard at this business, they, too, can be a partner at RSR.”
