Previously the director of RETTEW’s survey group, Doughty is now the vice president of the land development and survey groups. He has more than 35 years of experience in the surveying field, as well as a background in managing his own survey and land development company. Doughty will now oversee more than 80 staff members in nine of RETTEW’s 10 offices, managing the day-to-day operations of land surveying and planning in the commercial, energy, industrial, telecommunication, and transportation markets. Working from the firm’s Mechanicsburg, Pa. office, he has a degree in the applied science of land surveying from Zane State College. He maintains a survey license in five states, and is involved in a variety of surveying associations. Doughty joined RETTEW in 2011, and in 2015 was named a shareholder in the company. He resides in Hedgesville, Berkeley County, West Virginia.
Recently named vice president, Falkenstein was previously director of RETTEW’s client account management group. His new responsibilities will include leading the client liaison staff of seven as well as the safety consulting group of 12. Falkenstein will also
oversee RETTEW’s internal and external safety program, along with managing business development and marketing nationally for the firm’s energy market focus. With the company for 23 years, he was named a shareholder in 2009. Falkenstein has a bachelor’s degree in environmental resource management from the Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in biology from Shippensburg University. He resides in Springettsbury Township, York County, Pa. with his wife Lori and son Brandon.
MacNair has been promoted to vice president of corporate services, and will maintain his title as CFO. Joining RETTEW in 2013 as CFO, MacNair has more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry, and has successfully improved financial procedures and shown leadership in guiding corporate administration. Named a shareholder in 2015, MacNair will oversee the corporate administration, facilities, financial services, human resources, and information technology groups, about 40 staff members in all. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Elizabethtown College, and is on the board of the Construction Financial Management Association and a member of several industry associations. He also serves with the local Boy Scouts of America, and resides in Warwick Township, Lancaster County, Pa.
Having served as regional manager since joining RETTEW in 2012, Malozi has been promoted to regional vice president for one of the firm’s three geographical regions. He has more than 20 years of experience in the engineering industry, and was named an associate of RETTEW in 2015. Within his region, Malozi oversees two of RETTEW’s offices, as well as business development in Delaware, New Jersey, New York and eastern Pennsylvania, focusing on forming and strengthening client relationships, mentoring staff and building the firm’s presence in its focus markets. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering systems from the University of Pennsylvania and has held leadership positions with the American Society of Highway Engineers, Penn’s Transportation Systems Engineering Alumni and multiple community organizations including the Design Committee of Allentown’s Hamilton District Main Street Program. Malozi currently serves as vice Chairman of the Bethlehem City Planning Commission.
