RETTEW is pleased to announce the promotion of Matthew Bruckner as Director of GeoEnvironmental Services.
Bruckner will lead the firm’s broad expertise in environmental due diligence, water resourcing, remediation and environmental compliance. His leadership roles at RETTEW have included managing the firm’s largest single project in the energy industry, mentoring professional staff at all levels and building strong client relationships. He will oversee about 30 staff in eight offices.
Hired in 2008 as a project manager, Bruckner has regularly taken on more responsibility, rising to his most recent position of group manager. His promotion to director was effective May 10.
“Matt has demonstrated exceptional abilities to closely manage projects, exceed client expectations, and lead staff well,” said John Stipe, a vice president at RETTEW. “He cares deeply about his employees and the health of our firm.”
Bruckner has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Cedarville College, and a bachelor’s degree in geology from Millersville University. He is a licensed professional geologist and is a member of the Pennsylvania Council of Professional Geologists. Bruckner resides in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County.
