Rebecca A. Finkenbinder Joins Saxton & Stump, Enhances Its Growing Intellectual Property and Business & Corporate Law Groups

Saxton & Stump is pleased to announce that Rebecca A. Finkenbinder, Esq., has joined the firm as Senior Counsel and will work with the Intellectual Property and Business and Corporate practice groups to further expand the services provided to clients. 

Rebecca brings nearly 15 years of experience to Saxton & Stump where she concentrates her practice in intellectual property with a focus on domestic and international trademarks, including clearance and maintenance, for a number of industries such as hospitality and entertainment, food manufacturers, growers, processors and distributors, technology companies, and financial and scholastic institutions.  In addition, Rebecca has comprehensive knowledge of copyrights, franchise law, social media, and internet law.

Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, Rebecca was Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Practice Group at Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC.  She began her legal career at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC as a Member of its Intellectual Property and Food Industry Practice Groups.  She later developed and managed a trademark practice at The Belles Group, P.C.

Rebecca earned a J.D., cum laude, from The Dickinson School of Law, a MBA, summa cum laude, from Temple University, and B.S., magna cum laude, from Shippensburg University. She has achieved numerous honors over the course of her career, including being recognized in Harrisburg Magazine as a Local Legal Leader in the area of Intellectual Property, as well as being presented the National MS Society Leadership Award and Shippensburg University Outstanding Young Alumnus Award.  She has also been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers – Rising Star.  Rebecca is a member of the International Trademark Association, Dauphin County Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association, where she serves on the Executive Council of the Women in Profession Committee.
