Paul J. DeAngelo Promoted to Vice President

Paul J. DeAngelo was recently promoted to Vice President and Manager of the Harrisburg Environmental Service Group. In this new role, Mr. DeAngelo will be responsible for the vision, direction, productivity, budget, staff development, and quality assurance for this group.

For more than 25 years, Mr. DeAngelo has been performing professional ecological services for environmental assessments in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and for United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Section 404 and PA DEP Chapter 105 permit authorizations. He managed technical aspects of wetland and aquatic resource projects and served as Project Manager and/or Principal Investigator on more than 300 projects throughout Pennsylvania and the eastern United States. Mr. DeAngelo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology from Millersville University, a Master of Science degree in Environmental Pollution Control from The Pennsylvania State University, and is a USACE Certified Wetland Delineator.
