Richmond, Virginia – November, 2016 – Patient First is pleased to announce our Pennsylvania medical centers are once again able to care for UnitedHealthcare members.

In an agreement with UnitedHealthcare, effective immediately, Patient First again accepts patients insured under most UnitedHealthcare plans. These plans include all HMO and PPO commercial products, Options PPO, Navigate Products, Medicare Advantage, and OneNet Workers’ Compensation. Under this new agreement, Patient First may provide both urgent care for illnesses and injuries, as well as primary care to UnitedHealthcare members.

Patient First does not currently participate in UnitedHealthcare Exchange products that terminate statewide on December 31, 2016 or in the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, the managed Medical Assistance (Medicaid) program.

Our 15 Pennsylvania medical centers put the patient first with convenient locations and hours, and non-appointment care for all services. Our centers are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., 365 days a year, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
