Otto Named a Cannon Financial Institute Honor Graduate

(Chambersburg, PA)  Andrew Otto, Assistant Vice President, and Investment and Trust Services Relationship Manager at F&M Trust, was recently named an Honor Graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute. This award is given to students who complete each level of courses taken with a 90% or above on each of the comprehensive final exams. Following completion of his coursework, Otto earned his Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA™) designation from the American Bankers Association (ABA).

The CTFA™ designation signifies a thorough understanding of fiduciary responsibilities, financial planning, tax law and planning, investment management and ethics.

In his role with F&M Trust, Otto is responsible for providing investment, trust, administration, estate planning and retirement planning services to clients and prospects in the Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg areas. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Messiah College and earned a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Otto is very active in the community and is very involved at Camp Hill United Methodist Church and serves on the executive committee of the board of the United Methodist Home for Children in Mechanicsburg.
