Harrisburg, PA – Nauman Smith attorney Joshua D. Bonn has been selected for the Leadership Harrisburg Area’s (LHA) 2016 Community Leadership Series. Established in 1987, the Community Leadership Series is LHA’s core program. The nine-month, 100+ hour educational and experiential course explores many facets of life in the Capital Region including arts, culture and recreation as well as economic development, government, education, human services and public safety. The Community Leadership Series also covers the history, demographics, challenges, and opportunities of the Capital Region.
Josh represents clients in railroad, automotive, media, insurance and financial industries, covering a wide range of legal matters. He is also the Solicitor for the Capital Area Tax Collection Bureau. In addition, Josh has extensive experience representing municipalities, individuals and media entities in public records litigation under Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law (RTKL). He routinely briefs and argues open records appeals in the Office of Open Records (OOR) and in trial and appellate courts.
Dating back to 1871, Nauman Smith is the oldest law firm in Harrisburg. The firm maintains an office at 200 North Third Street.
