Economic Development Finance Specialist
Morgan is an Economic Development Finance Specialist for the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC. Working closely under the economic development branch of the Chamber, Morgan’s role focuses on grant packaging and administration, as well as business attraction and site selection responsiveness. Prior to her position at the Chamber, Morgan was an Appeals Analyst for the Department of Human Services, Bureau of Hearing and Appeals unit. While there, Morgan helped start a new program called Medical Assistance Expedited appeals.
Morgan is a graduate from Alvernia University, a small Liberal Arts school right outside of Reading, Pa, with a B.A in Political Science and a B.A in Philosophy. She has worked several intern positions, including Research Assistant for the prestigious lobbying firm The Chwat Group located in the D.C. area, where she researched federal program opportunities including CDBG, and as Legislative Analyst for Capital Associates and Econ Partners, where she worked on various Economic Development projects, including making fact sheets for the programs through DCED and attending CFA board meetings.
