We’re proud to partner with regional colleges and universities to offer discounts on undergraduate, graduate, certificate and degree completion programs. Anyone employed by a member company in good standing with the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC is eligible for the program.
How Does It Work?
Anyone employed by a member company in good standing with the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC is eligible for the program. The member company must maintain membership in order for the student to receive the tuition discount. Discounted programs vary by educational institution.
Students must complete the appropriate applications for admission and submit all required documents needed for acceptance to the participating educational institution. Students are required to verify every academic year that their employer is a member in good standing with the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC.
Participating Institutions
Members of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC are eligible to receive a $1,000 scholarship from Central Penn College. This scholarship is a result of new partnership agreement between the two organizations.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE SCHOLARSHIP?
All HRC & CREDC members are eligible unless your employer is already a corporate partner of Central Penn College.
If that’s the case, speak with your company’s or organization’s HR department and apply for the scholarship through your employer.
HOW IS THE SCHOLARSHIP DISBURSED?
The $1,000 scholarship is divided over your first three terms at Central Penn College. You must go three consecutive terms to receive the full amount.

Employees of Harrisburg Regional Chamber and CREDC member companies are eligible for a 10% discount on tuition and a waiver of the application fee for Lebanon Valley College’s Master of Business Administration program.
The 12-course (36-credit) MBA Program at LVC is designed for working adults who are interested in enhancing their business skills. Our program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business School and Programs (ACBSP). Students may complete courses at a part-time or full-time pace in the classroom or online.

Employees of Chamber & CREDC member businesses or organizations who pursue full-time study in Messiah University’s graduate programs in business and leadership or nursing are eligible for a 10 percent tuition discount. Messiah’s business and leadership programs are fully online and its nursing programs offer online coursework.
The tuition discount applies to the following programs:

- Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership
- Graduate Certificate in Management
- Master of Science in Nursing: Nurse Educator
- Doctor of Nursing Practice: Family Nurse Practitioner

Employees of Chamber & CREDC member businesses or organizations are eligible for a 10 percent discount applied to the full Strengths-based Leadership Certificate Program.
This flexible certificate program provides supervisors, managers, directors and emerging leaders with an opportunity to learn and practice skills leading to a more empowered workplace. Leaders may choose to attend just the workshops that interest them or sign up for the complete certificate program. Participants who attend all five workshops, complete a final project and present the project at a sixth meeting will receive Temple University Harrisburg’s Strengths-based Leadership Certificate.
