Harrisburg, PA – In recognition of his contributions to Reynolds’ growth and success, Garrett Lewis has been promoted to vice president of hybrid construction. In this newly created position, he will strengthen the company’s delivery of hybrid construction to Pennsylvania public agencies. Working with company executives, Lewis will enhance continuity and communication among Reynolds’ divisions and develop product deliverables that result in real construction savings for public agency clients, such as school districts.
“Garrett’s vision and agility have been instrumental in Reynolds’ growth in hybrid construction, and we welcome him to our leadership team, where he’ll have a more direct impact on shaping our strategies,” said David Angle, chief executive officer of Reynolds. “Garrett’s hard work and dedication have raised the bar and improved performance across the company.”
Lewis joined Reynolds in 2015 in a business development role with grant writing, policy and legislative affairs, and sales and marketing duties. He was influential in the development and refinement of hybrid construction methodology, including the use of the Guaranteed Energy Savings Act in combination with design-bid-build construction to accomplish public school renovation programs. In 2017, he transitioned to an account/project executive role, working to develop and support project delivery for more than $100 million of public K-12 school design and construction projects. Lewis is a 2012 graduate of the University of Maryland – College Park and a 2016 graduate of Leadership Harrisburg. He continues to pursue education in construction/program management.
