Kick Joins HRG’s Civil Group as Project Manager

William Kick, P.E., recently joined Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc.’s Civil Engineering Service Group as a project manager. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing the budget and quality of various municipal and civil projects throughout Central and South Central Pennsylvania.
Kick earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from The University of Pittsburgh in 1999 and is a registered professional engineer. He has 16 years of experience in infrastructure engineering and construction and has served as the retained municipal engineer for more than a dozen boroughs and townships in South Central Pennsylvania. His broad-ranging expertise includes stormwater management, hydraulics and hydrology, and floodplain management as well as the design of roadways, bridges, parks, and sewer and water systems. He also has prepared subdivision and land development plans for numerous commercial, residential, and institutional properties.
