Kelsey Lehman Receives her CMCA Certification
On: May 1, 2018 Filed Under: Member News
Lehman Property Management is excited to announce our very own Kelsey Lehman, in our Community Association Management Division (CAMD) is now a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). She is the third in our company to receive this certification, but she is the youngest and least experienced of our team members thus far, to have passed the exam. To qualify for this certification a person must either have five years experience or pass the M-100 prerequisite course. Kelsey dove right into Community Association education. Since January she has passed the M-100 and received her CMCA. Being the mother of a two-year-old and putting in some extra hours on the weekends helping out at a previous job, we are all amazed by the determination Kelsey puts towards her Community Association education. She is going to make an outstanding manager! Her supervisor and mentor, Jamie Kay Redden says, she “couldn’t be more proud of Kelsey!” Our team strives to build each other up and make sure everyone succeeds; this in-turn overflows to our investors and our associations.
Kelsey achieved her designation through the Community Association Institute (CAI), a dedicated and knowledgeable organization we have been partnering with for years. As we continue to expand and grow in our expertise, CAI will continue to play a vital role in the success of our CAMD. Lehman Property Management takes pride knowing the amount of blood, sweat, and tears that Kelsey has sacrificed in the short six months she’s spent growing and thriving within the company.
