WITF’s Development team is seeking a creative and collaborative professional to manage the research and cultivation of foundation and corporate gifts. This position will play a key role in the life cycle of foundation and corporate grants including identifying opportunities, grant writing and reporting, and providing ongoing support and coordination of these gifts. This role will also oversee other key projects for WITF including our matching gift program and our capital campaigns while also working with a portfolio of donors. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience with major gifts, grant writing, or equivalent education and/or experience. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, organized, and a team player with outstanding communication skills.
