Tri County Community Action (TCCA) is seeking a motivated, organized, outgoing, confident, and relationship-driven Neighborhood Revitalization Coordinator to join our agency. This role requires the ability to connect and communicate with diverse audiences, engage and empower residents at the core of all tasks, implement community projects/initiatives, and have a driving passion to improve community conditions for families and individuals.

Here’s what being a Neighborhood Revitalization Coordinator looks like. You will…

Be part of a team working with multiple communities to implement community-driven plans.

Work independently within timetables to implement community building/development projects and initiatives.

Create mechanisms and opportunities for community involvement and engagement in all initiatives.

Collaborate with public officials, businesses, community groups, residents, and organizations regularly.

Assist in coordination and support of multiple community collaboratives. But what’s more, you’ll be helping all families and individuals live in communities of opportunity we all deserve.

And here is what you’ll need: Two years experience and/or training in a related field required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or an equivalent of education, training, and experience. Project Management experience and bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. FBI clearance, acceptable motor vehicle record, and Act 33/34 clearances are required in order to be considered for this position.

This role o­ffers a starting salary of $20 per hour, plus a generous benefits package.

This full time position will be both indoor / outdoor and thus, exposure to weather conditions and temperatures will occur.
