Duties & Responsibilities

Acts as liaison in defined market. Working closely with Market President, IMM Lead, CMO and LOB leaders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our integrated marketing solutions according to their needs.

Provide overall day-to-day service and support to our sales force to ensure the effective ideation around desired objectives. Works with IMM Lead to size the business opportunity in each market and develop strategies to meet goal.

Works with Marketing Analytics to ensure appropriate market based tracking and reporting is available and updated on a continual basis.

Identifies retail and LOB training needs within defined market. Works with internal marketing business line experts to ensure appropriate sales training is delivered.

Work closely with internal marketing teams (Consumer, Commercial, Brand) to design and delivery sales readiness and engagement materials.

Executes on defined client persona and segmentation profiles in their market.

Utilizes banker call planner tools to assist market BDOs in execution of sales leads and goals. Coordinates distribution of sales materials and pitchbooks as strategy dictates.

Works with market BDOs to ensure individual social media profiles are robust, delivering on necessary highlights and when appropriate identify and distribute thought leadership opportunities.

Proactively communicate with market BDOs on industry opportunities, top client matrices, potential sales leads. Utilize marketing sales and analytic tools to increase efficiency and deliver on assigned KPIs.

Assist in event planning and execution in support of market endeavors. Attend to the needs of the event and continually seek ways to add value to the client-Integrated Marketing relationship.

Maintains a working relationship with bank employees in other departments.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Days And Expected Hours

Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

(Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department)

Function: The Integrated Marketing Manager – Central PA, Southeastern PA & Upstate New York will assist the Integrated Marketing Manager Lead with fulfilling on the Integrated Market Strategy in their defined market area. The IMM will execute on defined strategies that align with market needs and goals.

Physical Demands

Operates a keypad device 75% of the day. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry on a frequent basis, up to 75% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18”- 20” for computer work and frequent travel in the market, up to 75% of the business day.
