TALENTED HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER SOUGHT FOR AWESOME FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE OPPORTUNITY HR Resolutions, a national boutique HR consulting firm, is seeking a Human Resource Manager to add to our team enabling us to service even more clients throughout the United States. This incumbent will be a critical team member providing HR Management and recruiting support to our varied clients.┬áThis is an excellent spot for an HR Generalist who is intuitive, detail-oriented and who understands that that their actions have a direct impact on both our clients’ and our firm’s success. Because we are now a “virtual” employer, qualified applicants must be able to self-audit their work to ensure we are providing stellar customer service to all of our clients.

You’ll be assigned as HR Manager to a handful of clients that may require you to serve on-site (when we can get back in to offices) and/or be their primary “go to” person as needed for their questions and support. You will also be part of the service team that assists our Help Desk clients as well as working on assorted client projects that may include the full life cycle of our clients’ human resource needs, time and attendance updates, payroll processing and employee termination paperwork. Each of us also serve as an “Administrative Hero” to our clients by submitting employment verifications, workers’ compensation and disability claims, and conducting market research to keep our firm ahead of the industry.

This position requires an incredible ability to multi-task and move from issue to issue/task to task smoothly and efficiently. We require a 4-year degree, excellent computer skills as well as current (your present or most recent job) HR experience of at least three (3) years.
