Pool lifeguards ensure the safety of our guests at Hershey Lodge, Hershey Country Club, or Hersheypark while providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance.

Applicants do not need to be previously certified lifeguards. Applicants must attend and complete the Ellis & Assoc. International Pool and Lifeguard Training Program provided and paid for by the Hershey Entertainment and Resorts properties.
