Job Description:

The role of the HR Support Coordinator – Process will provide talent acquisition, onboarding, and customer service support to internal and external guests at the HR Support Center.

Job Functions

Preparing employee records for new hires, rehires and transfers; includes reviewing employment paperwork, background check status and other position requirements
Complete employee processing for new hires, rehires and transfers; includes employee ID cards, review of I9 documentation and data entry in the Applicant Tracking System and Payroll system
First point of contact for our Human Resources Support Center customers by answering questions, providing ID cards, completing online applications, benefits enrollments, and other customer questions
Assist with the offer process and assisting employees with next steps in the employment process
Assist with vendor processing appointments
Responsible for completing employment verifications via email, fax and in person
Assist with part-time data entry into our HRIS system
Provide support to the Recruitment Team
Provide support when needed to our HR Support call center
Assisting the HR Support Team with processes, projects or office duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

18 years of age or older
Completion of high school or GED
Minimum of 1 year of related office experience; preferably in Human Resources
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment
Additional Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years of experience working with an HRIS system and/or an Applicant Tracking System preferred
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Skilled in the use of Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets
Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks
Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time
Physical Demands & Working Conditions

The typical work schedule for this position includes Monday- Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and weekend/evening hours are required based on operational needs.
