This position is responsible for the development and implementation of communication efforts at the Hershey Country Club (HCC). This position acts as a conduit between the HCC Leadership team, Staff and Members to ensure each has awareness of all experiences available to the Membership at the club. Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting in the programming of member events throughout the year, working closely with Food & Beverage and Membership Sales to plan, coordinate and execute these events. This position takes an active role in direct membership communications. This position should leverage creative skills to execute engaging graphics and on-line/social content.
Handle all Social Media efforts for HCC, including but not limited to the HCC Facebook page and, HCC Instagram
Compile and help execute Monthly Newsletter, Bi-Annual “Connections” magazine, Event Marketing, ownership of Website content, and any additional forms of communication we deem appropriate for the sole purpose of increasing awareness and marketing to the membership.
Maintain open communication with Membership through ongoing activities and events taking place throughout HCC.
Maximize Members’ experiences through development and implementation of events by obtaining and utilizing Member feedback through ongoing surveys and data analysis.
Monitor and research industry trends.
18 years of age or older
Must have strong working knowledge of social media platforms
Must have a valid Drivers’ License
Sales/Marketing/Public Relations interest and experience preferred
Must be a team player, collaborative, creative, responsive, and eager to learn
