Helping Hands Home Health is in need of a Part-time up to Full-time “Office Assistant” for our Harrisburg office located in downtown Harrisburg across from the PA Capital Building.
Work Schedule: Part-time Up to Full-time *Monday-Friday / 8:30am-4:30pm
Work Location: 800 North 3rd St. Harrisburg, PA
*Major Holidays & Weekends Off
Here are some of the duties the “Office Assistant” position entails, but is not limited to… Scheduling Home Health Aides with Clients Answering and facilitating phone calls New employee training Client Management Assist with maintaining client & employee charts Perform client phone intakes Assist with employee interviews Medical Billing Providing customer service
Starting Wages: $11-14 Hourly based on experience
Requirements: Driver’s license, reliable transportation, high school diploma, must be tech and computer savvy, know how to operate Microsoft office, excel, word, email, etc.
