Gannett Fleming is looking for a Human Resources Department Administrative Assistant in our Camp Hill, PA Headquarters. Come join our team!

As a Human Resources Department Administrative Assistant, you will provide direct support to the VP, Director of Human Resources, and managers and staff of the Human Resources Department. You will be responsible for providing general administrative support for employee onboarding and acquisition processes.

Principal Responsibilities and essential functions:

Provide direct support to the VP, Director of Human Resources, and staff of the Human Resources Department;
Lead or assist in corporate sponsored activities including collecting and tracking payments of those activities;
Serve as main point of contact for the department – greet visitors, answer phone calls, collect mail;
Respond to employment verification requests;
Make travel arrangements;
Order supplies; and organize meetings for the department;
Prepare check requests for payment to vendors for services;
Participate on the Wellness Committee and organize flu shots and blood drives and other wellness related events;
Coordinate two month pins and correspondence
Coordinate new hire emails and produce employee identification badges for all new hires

Education and Licensing requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) may include specialized or vocational courses.
Training, Skills, Knowledge and/or experience: 

2-5 years administrative experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
Experience with Microsoft Office is required
Additional Notes

Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Generally, office work environment. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.  Must be able to independently travel and be physically present in the office or at a client site.
