As an integral part of the Development Team, you will lead all event-related committees, manage and coordinate agency fundraising events from concept to implementation, and maintain a high degree of contact with corporate sponsors and program participants. Works very closely with Development Team to identify and analyze donors to create strategies for targeted engagement. Demonstrated success in gift solicitation and volunteer management. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, with strong computer, peer-to-peer fundraising platforms and database skills a must. Occasional evening and weekend work required. Salary range: $35,000 – $40,000
