NOW HIRING Remote Call Center Representatives to start SEPTEMBER 2022.
Looking to make the switch to a remote call center position? This is an opportunity for motivated and experienced call center representatives to move out of the cubicle and into the home office, after a short onsite training period. This position is from September-February with the possibility of an extension of this position, based on attendance and quality of work. This is a stable role, with a set Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm schedule, no evenings, no weekends, with a realistic opportunity for growth. This is not a sales or collections role.

Responsibilities include answering incoming calls related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services from members or providers. Responsibilities also include the administration of intake documentation into the appropriate systems. Overall expectations are to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers and strive to resolve member and provider needs on the first call. Performance expectations are to meet or exceed operations production and quality standards.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires dedicated employees who have the commitment and the drive to give their job 100%, and a motivation to contribute to the team and overall company objectives. A high school diploma or GED is required, and an Associates’ Degree is preferred.
