Medical Patient Services – Customer Service Representative, Hershey, PA (on-site, no remote work) Monday – Friday, $18/hr.
A fast-growing, innovative patient services company is looking for talented professionals with medical office knowledge and a solid track record as contributing employees to join their expanding team as a Medical Patient Services Customer Service Representative.
We are looking for Medical Patient Services Customer Service Representatives who will have primary responsibilities of
answering patient billing phone calls,
assisting patients via customer phone calls and,
administrative duties as needed.
Additional Duties may include:
Handling incoming and outgoing communication with different customer groups
Assisting patients in discussing billing process and financial assistance options
Instructing patient calls regarding the product use
Working with the Marketing department to gather, pack and ship materials for trade shows,
as well as other administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
Qualified applicants should possess a High School Diploma (or a GED)
At least 2-years of relevant medical office experience.
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High integrity, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask
Excellent attention to detail.
