This is a stable role, with a set Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm schedule, no evenings, no weekends, with a realistic opportunity for growth. This is not a sales or collections role. This is an on-site, NOT work-from-home position. You need: a strong customer service background (minimum 1-year required), communication skills including active listening and de-escalation of caller, good work history (lack of work situations taken into consideration), attention to detail, computer literacy and data entry skills, and the ability to relay information to inbound callers for their understanding. This is a fast-paced environment that requires dedicated employees who have the commitment and the drive to give their job 100%, and a motivation to contribute to the team and overall company objectives. A high school diploma or GED is required, and an associate’ Degree is preferred. In return, the hourly pay starts at $16.50/hr with the potential to reach $17.50/hr in approximately 4-months. 90-days, mandatory attendance, and paid training is provided.
