Most recently, Paul served as Special Assistant to the President of Mansfield University for Advancement and External Affairs. In this role, he was responsible for the formation of The Foundation for Mansfield University, a 501(c)3, public charity for the sole purpose of benefiting Mansfield University. Mr. McMillen still serves as Chairman of the University’s Foundation.
Mr. McMillen’s additional civic and professional affiliations include: Member, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, Inc. Advisory Board; 17 year Board Member, Capital Blue Cross Board; Member, Governor Tom Corbett Transition Team and Member, Dauphin County Historical Society.
