HRG Names Laura Williams a Shareholder

Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) has designated Laura Williams as a direct shareholder of the firm. Williams was chosen for this honor because of her commitment to the company and the strong leadership she has exhibited as director of human resources.
Williams has been a member of HRG’s human resources team for more than a decade. During this time, she has been responsible for benefits administration, compensation management, employee relations, and the training and professional development programs. She began her tenure at HRG as the employment specialist.
She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bloomsburg University and certifications as a senior professional in human resources from the HR Certification Institute, a senior certified professional from the Society of Human Resource Management, and a certified employee benefit specialist from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
