HRG Hires Ben Shull as Project Manager

Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) is pleased to announce that Ben Shull is joining our firm as a project manager serving water and wastewater system clients. He has extensive experience in the areas of water main replacement and rehabilitation, sanitary sewer main replacement and rehabilitation, and treatment plant design and construction. He has also published a number of articles advising system managers how to affordably comply with Chesapeake Bay regulatory requirements.
Shull has more than 12 years of experience as a consulting engineer and is professionally licensed in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. He earned his bachelor’s degree in physics from Millersville University and his master’s in environmental engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
